These features dovetail precisely with the recent upturn in the second home market in Thailand in general and in Chonburi specifically.

As of now, 10 of 33 lots in Phase 1 have been sold.

The developer is offering competitive in house finance terms both on land plots only and a design and build service on three bedroom four bathroom pool villas. A sale of the complete Project of 35 Rai or a 17 Rai plot may also be considered.
